The Crane

The Rosemary-T

This years trip on the Rosemary-T was incredible. We caught 107 Coho, 4 Halibut, 36 Red Snappers and over 90 Crabs. My guests on the boat were Andrew Mulroy (aka: the crane and tamed gorilla, as given by Julie's Uncle Tony) and my Dad George. We had a great time with everyone and the weather was perfect. This trip is up there as one of the all round best.

Looks like an awesome time. So what's the deal with the snapper wings - do you have the recipe?

Looks like a great time. I'm looking forward to one of those Coho.

Chris and I are the biggest geeks - our comments are one minute apart (posted from different rooms of our house, not knowing the other was commenting).

I don't have the recipe for the snapper wings but I do have some of the wings in the freezer. I think that I could figure it out. Actually, Rob is going on the boat next week I will get him to ask the cook. I call you over when I make them.
